George Thomas Mendel


George Thomas Mendel has been behind a camera for nearly 40 years. He started in wedding and art photography and moved into the commercial/journalism fields. He now specializes in architecture and location work, including
corporate events, portraits, and promotional photography. His
art images are held in many private and corporate collections
including the Heinz History Museum (a branch of the
Smithsonian Institution). He has presented his work at Ohio State and Pitt University conferences, along with gallery and
museum showings. His work has been published in regional and international publications along with an article about him in View Camera Magazine.
