Rebecca Bailey

Photographs can be more than just frozen images. Images can stop time and expose the feelings of the moment. Through creativity and artistic style, Rebecca seeks to portray the joy, the love, and the fun of your wedding day. She is energetic, light-hearted, easy to work with and her unobtrusive presence enables her to blend in and become part of your wedding, anticipating and capturing moments that you will be able to cherish and relive for years to come.

Based in Pittsburgh, Rebecca has 23 years of experience in wedding photography, event coverage, portraiture and fine art. Rebecca earned an Associate Degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1996. The photography skills she learned there led her to the business of photography. She found her direction by working in many different aspects of the field but wanted to learn more. Rebecca returned to school and earned her Bachelor of Science with honors in photography in 2006.

In addition to wedding photography, Rebecca’s personal work seeks to find the beauty that Mother Nature creates over time on the discarded works of man. She is drawn to the different colors and textures that emerge on abandoned cars, equipment, buses, trolleys, signs and buildings. Several of her works have been exhibited in the “Sirani Gallery”, “15 Minutes Gallery”, "Artists Alley" and the “Art for Change” benefit art auction.

Exhibited work at the Three Rivers Arts Festival and the Cleveland by Hand show. Some publications include TEQ, Made in PA, Pitt Pharmacy News as well as Whirl. Her clients include such business as: WWF, BNY Mellon, Carnegie Mellon University, Duquense University, Heinz History Center, and many others.
