Mary Jean Stabile

Mary Jean Stabile is a native Pittsburgher who earned an Associate of Arts degree at The Arts Institute of Pittsburgh and Bachelor's degree at Point Park University. She began her career as an illustrator and layout artist for a local newspaper and progressed as an illustrator for Westinghouse Corp. In 1976, she embarked on a 31-year career at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh teaching Graphic Design and ultimately serving as the Academic Director for the Continuing Education Department. Mary Jean continues to be invested in her love of fine art and illustration and has exhibited at galleries, fundraisers and libraries.
